Company and financial statement data

The information you enter into the form is stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage). Financial figures and other form data are not sent to our server. PDF documents are generated in your browser. The business ID lookup is made through our server to the open interface of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office, so the business ID you search for is passed to our server. You can delete the data by selecting "Aloita alusta" (Start over) in the form.

Usage statistics

We collect usage statistics (for example progress through the form steps and document downloads) to improve the service. We use the PostHog service in the EU region without cookies. The company name or financial figures are not stored in the statistics. Searched business IDs are stored in the statistics as public company information and are not linked to your browser session. PostHog processes your IP address in order to deliver the data. The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest.

Email address

If you leave your email address on the notification list for the "Lähetä puolestani" (Send on my behalf) service, we use it only to tell you when the service opens. The legal basis for the processing is consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us. The address is stored in PostHog (EU). If you leave your email address, it is linked to the usage events of that browser session.

Your rights

You have the right to access and rectify your data, to request its deletion, to withdraw your consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
